Free Coins

At Lagoon Bet Casino, “free coins” usually means promotional virtual currency you can use to play the games without making a purchase. Because it’s a sweepstakes casino, there are two different coin types with two very different purposes.

The short version: Gold Coins are for entertainment play, and Sweeps Coins are promotional entries that may become eligible for prize redemption after you meet the requirements.

Gold Coins vs. Sweeps Coins: the difference that affects redemption

Gold Coins (GC) are used for entertainment gameplay on the site. They do not have redeemable value and cannot be redeemed for prizes.

Sweeps Coins (SC) are the sweepstakes promotional currency. You can use SC on eligible games, and SC may become eligible for prize redemption once your account meets Lagoon Bet Casino’s redemption requirements, including playthrough rules and verification.

What “free” looks like on a sweepstakes casino

Lagoon Bet Casino explicitly states no purchase is necessary to receive Sweeps Coins through certain options, including the daily reward and the no-purchase entry route. That’s an important sweepstakes detail - purchasing Gold Coin packages is optional, and Sweeps Coins are described as complimentary promotional entries rather than being sold separately.

That said, some SC opportunities are tied to referrals and community invites, and one reward type requires a friend to make a first purchase before you receive your SC.

The instant sign-up reward: free Gold Coins after account activation

New accounts receive 50,000 Gold Coins when you activate the account. This is a starter entertainment balance meant for Gold Coin play.

Lagoon Bet Casino also notes that players can claim the free daily Sweeps Coin bonus after activating their account, which is the main “free SC” starting point.

Daily free Sweeps Coins: a 1 SC claim every 24 hours

A daily login bonus is available through the daily claim flow. The reward is 1 Sweeps Coin, and it’s available every 24 hours, with no purchase necessary.

Because SC can be connected to prize redemption later, it’s worth knowing that Lagoon Bet Casino lists a 5x playthrough requirement on promotional SC. Daily SC falls under “promotional” in the rewards list, so expect play to be required before those Sweeps Coins can become redemption-eligible.

Partner and creator promo codes: extra coins on top of your starter reward

Lagoon Bet Casino supports partner promo codes that add to your starting balance. An eligible creator or partner code provides 50,000 GC plus 5 SC on top of the signup reward.

In total, the site describes a starting amount of 100,000 GC plus 5 SC when a partner code is used (including the Welcome Starter). Only one creator or partner code can be used per account.

These codes are redeemed inside the account area at Settings - Referrals.

Referral rewards: free SC for inviting friends (with a purchase requirement)

The Refer & Earn program awards Sweeps Coins when a friend registers through your personal referral link and completes a first purchase. The reward is 5 SC per qualifying friend.

Your friend also gets an additional 5 SC on top of the Welcome Starter, based on the promotion details. Referral access is listed under Settings - Referrals.

Because qualification requires the referred friend’s first purchase, this is not a no-purchase method for the referrer. The SC earned here is labeled promotional, with a 5x playthrough requirement.

Discord invite rewards: free SC for growing the community

Lagoon Bet Casino also runs Discord Crew Rewards. You receive 2 SC per qualifying friend who joins the LagoonBet Discord server through your personal invite link.

The invite link location is also listed as Settings - Referrals, and the SC awarded here is promotional with a 5x playthrough requirement.

The weekly poker freeroll: scheduled SC prizes with free entry

A standout “free coins” opportunity is the Friday Night Freeroll - a weekly poker freeroll with free entry and a 100 SC prize pool. It runs Friday at 8 p.m. US Central, and it only requires at least two players to take place.

Lagoon Bet Casino states freeroll winnings carry no additional playthrough requirement of their own, and there’s no tournament rake. (Your normal redemption requirements still apply at the account level, but the freeroll SC itself isn’t tagged with extra rollover in the promo details.)

No-purchase entry: how free Sweeps Coins can be requested by mail

Lagoon Bet Casino offers a no-purchase request flow that includes a handwritten mail-in entry option. Eligible players can request 5 SC through a qualifying mailed request that includes required account information, a declaration, and a valid unique postcard code.

A new postcard code is available once every seven days, and the entry limit is one request card per envelope. If you plan to use this route, take extra care to follow the required format exactly, because missing details can be a common reason requests get rejected on sweepstakes-style platforms.

Gold Coin top-ups: a free refill when your GC balance gets too low

There’s also a Gold Coin Top Up feature. Eligible players can claim an entertainment balance refill when their combined Gold Coin wallet and vault balance drops below 10 GC.

This isn’t Sweeps Coins, and it won’t help with redemption eligibility, but it does matter if you want to keep playing on GC without purchasing.

Is a purchase required to get free coins?

No purchase is required to receive certain free coins at Lagoon Bet Casino, including the daily 1 SC claim and the no-purchase mail-in option for 5 SC (for eligible players who follow the rules).

Other paths can require someone to make a purchase. The clearest example is Refer & Earn, where the referrer’s reward depends on the referred friend completing a first purchase.

How often can you expect free coin offers?

A few opportunities run on predictable schedules:

• Daily login bonus - every 24 hours (1 SC)
• Mail-in code availability - one code every seven days
• Friday Night Freeroll - weekly on Fridays at 8 p.m. US Central
• Referral and Discord invite rewards - available whenever you have eligible friends joining through your links

Promo codes can also appear through partners and creators, but availability depends on active campaigns.

Where to claim free coins (and whether they credit automatically)

Lagoon Bet Casino describes a “daily claim flow” for the daily SC reward, which suggests you need to manually claim it rather than having it automatically credited.

Referral links, Discord invites, and partner promo code redemption are all located under Settings - Referrals. For time-based promotions like the freeroll, entry happens through the poker schedule at the listed time.

Do free coins expire?

No expiration details are provided in the available promotion information. If expiration matters for your decision (especially for Sweeps Coins), check the official promotional terms inside your account area or reach out to support before you build a balance around a specific offer.

Playthrough rules: what you have to complete before SC can be redemption-eligible

Lagoon Bet Casino lists distinct playthrough requirements for Sweeps Coins depending on where they come from:

• SC included with standard Gold Coin packages - 3x
• Promotional bonus SC - 5x

Promotions such as daily SC, referral SC, Discord SC, and partner code SC are described as promotional and carry a 5x playthrough requirement in the promotion details.

Game contributions also matter for playthrough tracking:

• Slots - 100%
• Baccarat, Blackjack, Crash, and Plinko - 20%
• Other casino games - 50%

One more rule to know early: before the first purchase, Sweeps Coin play is limited to 1 SC per round.

Can free Sweeps Coins be redeemed for prizes?

They can become eligible, but only after you meet the site’s requirements. Lagoon Bet Casino lists a minimum redemption of 50 SC, and it requires identity verification before your first redemption (government-issued photo identification and proof of address).

Redemptions are paid via cryptocurrency, and approved requests are sent within 1-3 business days, with processing fees applying. You can submit one redemption request every 24 hours.

Do free Gold Coins ever have redeemable value?

No. Gold Coins are strictly for entertainment play at Lagoon Bet Casino and cannot be redeemed for prizes.

Eligibility checklist: age, location, and account requirements

Lagoon Bet Casino lists a minimum age of 21 or older. Participation is available to eligible residents of specific states, including Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Oklahoma has additional timing limitations: new signups until October 1, 2026, gameplay until November 1, 2026, and redemptions until December 1, 2026.

Common reasons a free coin offer might not show up

Even when a promotion exists, a few practical issues can block it:

• The account isn’t activated yet (relevant to the starter GC and daily SC claim)
• The daily 24-hour timer hasn’t reset
• A creator code was already used (only one per account)
• A referral doesn’t qualify because the friend didn’t register through your link or hasn’t completed a first purchase
• You’re not eligible due to age or state availability
• The Gold Coin Top Up isn’t available because your wallet and vault total is not below 10 GC

Where to find official terms and get help

For anything that affects eligibility or redemption - playthrough, qualifying actions, or limits - rely on the official promotion terms shown within your Lagoon Bet Casino account. The most relevant navigation mentioned in the promotions is Settings - Referrals for referrals, Discord invites, and promo codes.

If something doesn’t credit correctly, contact support with specifics (date and time of claim, the promo type, and your account email). It also helps to understand the platform’s two-currency setup before you play: use Gold Coins for casual sessions, and treat Sweeps Coins like a bonus currency with rules attached.
